My husband makes tacos every Tuesday ever since we met and it has become our family routine. He is serious about his tacos and makes his own salsas and tortillas. Today, he made delicious mango coconut fish tacos which is one of my favorite tacos. His tacos are getting better and better.

I enjoy the new Tabbi Reading Challenge started yesterday. This new Challenge includes picking a new article for the group, reading it, learning new vocabulary and expressions while reading, summarizing it in my own words, and finally, getting the Tabbi's corrections and reviewing the mistakes and new way of saying it. In addition, it's fun to read others' summary.
