The photo on the left is from 2011, six years ago, and the one on the right is what I took today.
Back in 2011, I did more running and now, I work out more at the gym. I can see that my body has more fat, although I have built more muscle.
It’s definitely harder to lose weight, especially belly fat, when getting older. I should put more time into exercising and eating less.
I hope that I stay in shape, take a photo of my body, and share it with you six years later with confidence. The only way to do this is to keep a healthy lifestyle.
