Day 11. Plank ab exercise

Plank is my favorite exercise for abdominal muscles.

As you keep the posture longer, your abs get stronger.

In the beginning, keeping the posture for 30 seconds was too hard .

But now?

I can hold up to 100 seconds! 🙂
